Day 5

My Workout
Elliptical trainer: 50 minutes

My Diet

3/4 cup oatmeal (3 ww points)

1 can Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup (4)
2 slices light bread (0)
2 slices turkey lunch meat (1)

Quaker Oats Granola snack bites (2)

Total Points: 16 (target 20)

I probably should have eaten more today. I think I'm going to try harder to reach my point target. I upped my workout to 50 minutes today. I want to work my way up to an hour. I was afraid I wasn't going to find time to get it in today. All three kids were awake the whole time and Reese only cried once for about 30 seconds, so I was able to do the longer work out. I was so relieved! Tomorrow will be the true test to my diet. Weekends are always the hardest and when I usually fall off my diet. I know if I can get through this weekend I can finish this till the end! I'm also thinking about working out tomorrow too...we'll see!
