Goal #1!!!!
I did it! I've lost 16 pounds so far and my first goal was to lose 15 by the fourth of July. I'm ahead of schedule and I love it! Especially because I know there is going to be a time when I will stop losing so fast. I worked out 5 days this week 60 minutes each time. I also went from level 6 to level 7 on the elliptical. I couldn't believe how much more of a work out I got the first time. I burned over 100 calories more! I also went out to eat with Derek this weekend. We had a gift card for an Italian restaurant and I wasn't sure about calories. I decided on angel hair pasta with tomato sauce. It was really good and I only ate about 1/3 of what they gave me. I was actually full!! It's amazing how much your stomach shrinks when you don't eat so much!!

ReplyDeleteI really like your title....for the last time! I want you to succeed because I'm saying for the last time and I'm 60 years old! I'd like you to reach that goal at age 30 because I know you'll enjoy life a lot more if you're in good health!
