My Workout
Elliptical Trainer: 50 minutes

Smart Ones Chicken stir fry (5)

I was so tired this morning. I got on the elliptical and felt like I couldn't finish and that I would do it later that night. Around 4pm, I was feeling guilty. So I got on and did another 45 minutes. It was almost 90 degrees outside but I knew I had to get it in. And I'm so glad I did!!! The kids did pretty good for the most part. They gave the baby his binky about 10 times which helped. I have a busy day tomorrow with taking the kids to the dentist and the baby to the Dr. I'll have to get on first thing tomorrow!!!!
